We do offer worldwide shipping with a few exceptions. The following countries are currently excluded from our available list of shipping destinations: Italy, Russia, Spain, Iceland, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Macedonia, with more to date.
DUTIES & TAXES
The prices we offer do not include any duties and taxes. Recipient shall pay all the incurred expenses including brokerage fees.
The tracking number will be sent to you through an automated e-mail right after a label has been created. You can track your package by going to www.fedex.com or calling 1-800-go-fedex (1-800-463-3339).
*Due to the Holiday season and COVID-19, carriers are experiencing delays in delivering orders. Therefore, shipping times may take longer than usual to receive.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $100 or more.
Please allow up to 2 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) for orders to be processed before they ship depending on product availability and the volume of orders being processed at the time. All orders must be placed before 2pm PST to have the package ship out the same day.
RESTRICTED ADDRESSES & LOCATIONS
Expedited delivery to Alaska and Hawaii will require an additional business day to arrive. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Box, APO/FPO, P.M. Box, and distribution center addresses. Please note that we do not currently ship to the following countries: Russia, Italy, Spain, Ukraine, Iceland, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Macedonia.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Tracking information will be sent out via email once the order has shipped. Please make sure your shipping information is input correctly at the time of checkout, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed.
We provide the option for signature to be required at the time of delivery. You may indicate this option when selecting shipping method. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that need to be picked up or incur any additional fees from FedEx.
If your package is returned to The Hair Shop due to failed delivery attempts or customer refusal, it may be reshipped to you at an additional cost or else a return shipment fee and a 25% restocking fee (minimum $10) will be applied. No refunds will be issued on refused shipments.
ITEMS CONTAINING VOLATILE LIQUIDS
Due to their alcohol content, we cannot ship orders of some removal solutions which may be considered hazardous materials by air. This includes shipments destined to certain zip codes in Alaska, P.O. Box, APO/FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and diplomatic pouch mail.
